No insult taken. I am constantly upgrading and seeking to improve my system. As for the 1300 block... well, let's just say that right now it is necessary for me to take it off. My body is still getting used to the constant work. I haven't done this since before my initial injury. Back then, this form of workout would have been considered a warm-up. So, until the Saber Flow actually comes out, I am just using the 1300 block for rest.

You don't need to compare your schedule to mine. I am purposefully throwing myself against a brick wall. I used to be addicted to exercising and would work out for about half my waking day. Also, I was a soldier, so my overall physical health is slightly better than a civilian (not trying to sound pompous, it's one of the "joys" of Basic Training). Otherwise, right now my cardio involves an aerobics video and an hour-and-a-half of walking.

As for the full day off, that is my Sunday schedule. All it involves is walking and the stretching video. I can also take things easy when I need to. My plan is that if I miss 2 days, I repeat the week. So, I can technically take a single day off from exercising each week (though, I wouldn't lie to myself like that).

As for the nutrition, I'll be going into that in a later entry, but I will say that I am taking some supplements. They include a multi-vitamin, a protein shake after the main exercise, and a creatine monohydrate tablet. Otherwise, I can't take normal supplements because of the way they affect my body, or rather don't affect my body.

If I may be so bold without sounding insulting rather than leaving the 1300 block closed off for now, how about some basic MA training or practice with a bokken to build up some of the arm strength you'll be wanting in any sword/laser sword based routine? I don't use as rigid a scheduled as you do by far (foot injuries demand I be more flexible... ironically enough) but I've started incorporating the two handed sword more and more into my routine in preparation. Though on the other side of that my cardio aspect looks like that of a little girls compared to yours so take it as a suggestion brother I'm definitely not judging. Also maybe consider a full day off also at some point but you know your own body better than I do on that. I hate taking days off to rest but I'm more diligent to do that since the injuries. Lastly I dunno about nutrition and I'll be putting this in my blog soon also but if your not already consider a zinc, magnesium, and I think it's B6 supplement. It basically acts as a testosterone booster, the harder you push the body for a man at least the less T your likely to have in the system, if it gets exhausted the reserves drop off. I've found a lot of benefits from using a couple T boosters before workouts but I'm finding more benefits from keeping an amino acid in my system and using the vitamins (except for one specific supplement but it's hellish expensive and was gifted to me).
